At Avior Jewelry, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and timepieces with a comprehensive return and exchange policy designed to give you confidence in your purchase.

Standard Return Policy

In-Store & Online Purchases

  • Return Window: 14 days from delivery date (online) or purchase date (in-store)

  • Condition: Items must be returned in original, unworn, unaltered condition

  • Requirements: Original receipt, all original packaging, boxes, pouches, certificates, and authenticity documentation

  • Refund Method: Original form of payment (credit card, cash, check)

Extended Holiday Return Period

Items purchased between November 1st and December 24th may be returned through January 15th of the following year, subject to all other return conditions.

What Can Be Returned

Eligible Items

  • Ready-to-wear jewelry pieces in original condition

  • Items with original tags and protective materials attached

Return Process

  1. In-Store Returns: Visit our Dallas location with your item and receipt

  2. Online Returns: Contact us at info@aviorjewelry.com or (214) 741-7129 within 14 days

  3. Shipping: We do NOT provide prepaid, return labels for online purchases, we will let you know the charge required to initiate return shipping

  4. Inspection: All returns undergo quality inspection before processing


Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

Custom & Personalized Items

  • All custom-designed jewelry pieces

  • Engraved items (excluding simple band engravings)

  • Altered or sized items

Watches & Timepieces

  • All watch purchases, new or pre-owned

  • Luxury timepieces (Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, etc.)

  • Vintage or estate watches

  • Watches with adjusted bracelets (unless all original links are returned)

Business Operations

  • Watch buying/selling transactions: All evaluations and purchases of watches from customers are final

  • Trade-ins: Once payment is issued for trade-in items, the transaction is complete and final

  • Jewelry buying services: All cash purchases from customers are final sales

Exchange Policy

Eligible Exchanges

  • Size exchanges on rings and bracelets (subject to availability)

  • Same item in different metal (14k to 18k gold, etc.)

  • Store credit for future purchases

Exchange Fees

  • Standard exchanges: Complimentary within 14 days

  • Ring resizing: $50-$150 depending on complexity

  • Metal type changes: Price difference applies

Important Terms & Conditions

Quality Standards

  • Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted

  • Jewelry must be returned with all original components and packaging

  • Any missing documentation may result in refusal or partial refund

Fraud Protection

  • All returns are subject to ID verification

  • Suspicious return patterns are monitored and may result in account restrictions

  • Returns without proper documentation may be declined

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our standards

Shipping & Insurance

  • In-store purchases: Can be returned to store or shipped (customer pays shipping)

  • Lost packages: Not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking

Processing Time

  • In-store returns: Immediate processing

  • Online returns: 5-7 business days after receipt

  • Credit card refunds: 7-10 business days depending on issuing bank

  • Store credit: Issued immediately upon processing

Gift Returns

With Receipt

  • Exchange for equal or greater value

  • Store credit option available

Without Receipt

  • Store credit only at current retail price

  • Valid ID required

  • May be limited to exchange only
